We deliver premium dry fruits, seeds, and snacks across Pakistan. This policy explains our dispatch times, delivery estimates, charges, and how to track your order.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.
• Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same business day; later orders are dispatched the next business day.
• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Rawalpindi / Islamabad: 1-2 business days
• Punjab (other cities): 2-4 business days
• Sindh: 3-5 business days
• KPK & Balochistan: 4-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier schedules, weather, and your exact location.

3. Shipping Charges

• Delivery is a flat Rs. 150 to any city in Pakistan.
• There is no surcharge for remote or far-flung areas.
• The exact charge for your address is always displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Free Delivery

Enjoy free delivery on every order over Rs. 2,000, anywhere in Pakistan. Loyalty-tier members may unlock free delivery at a lower threshold. The qualifying amount for your address is shown in your cart and at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order anytime from the Track Order page or your account dashboard.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most of Pakistan. For some remote areas, advance payment may be required — our team will contact you if this applies to your order.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available or the address is incomplete, our courier will attempt redelivery. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid delays. For any delivery concern, contact us promptly.

8. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
