Refund & Return Policy

At Snacks.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is in its original, sealed and unopened packaging
• The product has not been tampered with or consumed
• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or unsealed packages
• Perishable items that have been improperly stored after delivery
• Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
• Gift boxes that have been opened or unwrapped

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Request a Return

3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions

5. Refund Process

Since orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are issued by:

• Bank transfer: to your account within 3-5 business days
• Store credit: available immediately if you prefer

6. Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
