Raisins are sweet grapes that are dried then called raisins. Raisins are considered second as a sweetener. Raisins are dried naturally by the sun right in their fields, and some get dehydrated. They can take up to two or four weeks, they are then cleaned and packed. Some raisins are kept in golden color by using sulfur dioxide (sulfites). They are high-energy and low-fat snacks that are easy to pack, eat, and rarely go bad.
